In this section, it is important to emphasize your skills and the things that show you can do the job.  By giving the highlights of your qualifications, it entices the employer to read the rest of your resume.  Mention your areas of expertise, key skills or related training.  You can also mention some of your personal attributes (e.g. Being detail-oriented and punctual). Whatever you do remember to make sure that you tie it into the job or sector you are looking for work in.
