Rhiannon has been working with children, youth, and the community for the last fifteen years in many different roles such as a dance teacher, a soccer coach and a Before-and-After School Care program supervisor. As a Youth Worker for a local First Nation, she organized many exciting community events. This re-enforced her personal commitment to community building.  Recently, she worked with Creative Toolbox on the planning committee for the BC Community Retreat. Rhiannon is Coast Salish and is a Musqueam band member who grew up in Delta. She understands first hand the challenges of being Aboriginal and living off reserve. Rhiannon unwinds from work on the “soccer pitch” and with her friends and family.
